These terms apply to all purchases made on this website from Sheara, a body-care brand based in Kanda, Accra, Ghana.
Orders
When you place an order you'll be taken to Paystack to pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and we'll send a confirmation by SMS. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). Payments are processed securely by Paystack using card or Mobile Money. Sheara never sees or stores your card or Mobile Money PIN details.
Delivery fees are not charged online: you pay the delivery fee to the rider or courier when your order is delivered. For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Product use
Our products are for external use only. Always patch-test a new product on a small area of skin and stop use if irritation occurs. Product descriptions are for general information and are not medical advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Ghana. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
