Sheara respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and how we use it, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Paystack. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the payment method type (card or Mobile Money), but never your card number or PIN.
  • Messages — anything you send through our contact form.
  • Your bag — saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your details only to process and deliver orders, send order updates by SMS, respond to your messages and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

  • Paystack — to process payments.
  • Our SMS and email providers — to send order updates to your phone and inbox.
  • Delivery partners (our riders, Bolt or DHL) — your name, phone number and address, only to deliver your order. For international orders this includes the customs information DHL requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Contact-form messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Contact us at shearagh@gmail.com.
